Reservation
After a reservation is made on this booking engine, and once your reservation is confirmed, Euromotion will send you an email with the voucher (confirmed RESERVATION) within 24h so that you will have all the necessary information prior to your arrival. Euromotion only uses your e-mail address for sending you a voucher. We only use your phone number to contact you if there are any questions about your reservation.
If you need to make any alterations to your reservation, you must contact Euromotion by e-mail, clearly informing us of the precise details of such alteration. Euromotion does not guarantee that the necessary alterations can be processed.
As a condition of your use of this booking system, you undertake to Euromotion that you will not use this booking system for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited, or contrary to the Terms and Conditions. In particular, by accessing this booking system, you agree:
Not to use the booking system to make any speculative or false reservations;
Not to use the booking system to research rental vehicle providers or pricing;
Not to use the name Euromotion for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Booking Cancellation
Every reservation must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time. If a reservation is made less than 48 hours before the pickup time, any potential prepayment will not be refunded in the case of cancellation.
Customer Requirements
Customers must be aware that all children, regardless of age, count as passengers and must occupy individual seats. The number of passengers cannot exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity. Transporting additional passengers is prohibited. In such cases, the driver reserves the right to refuse service.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate mobile phone number and must be reachable at the time of arrival. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any violation gives the driver the right to stop the ride and ask the customer to leave the vehicle.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Flight Information – For airport pick-ups, it is essential that Euromotion receives your correct flight number and arrival time. This can be submitted online or via phone. If unavailable at the time of booking, please ensure you inform us at least 48 hours before your flight, by email or phone.
Our driver will be waiting at the agreed pick-up location holding a sign with your last name.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your personal data. We only collect essential information required to fulfill our services and inform customers about how their data is collected and used. Customers are given the option to opt out of any marketing lists.
All user data is kept confidential and accessible only to employees who require it for their job. All our staff and partners are committed to upholding data protection and confidentiality standards.
Complaints
All complaints or issues must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the drop-off date. Complaints sent after this period may not be processed by Euromotion.

In Case of Accident, Damage, or Theft
- In the event of an accident, damage, or theft, you must immediately notify both Euromotion and the local police. Follow their instructions strictly. You are required to stay at the scene unless you must leave to seek or provide medical assistance.
- In the event of an at-fault accident, the client must pay EUROMOTION the full amount of the deductible required to activate the comprehensive insurance.
Border Crossing
Traveling outside of Morocco with our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Deposit
A deposit is required before renting the vehicle.
Cleanliness Policy
If the vehicle is returned with dirty interior, a cleaning fee will apply 10€.
Fines and Fees
Parking and traffic fines are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Loss of keys or vehicle documentation will incur a fee of 500 EUR.
